Is Nuvio a certified POS system?
No. Nuvio is a sales assistant, not a certified point-of-sale system. The app simplifies your daily business but does not meet the legal requirements for certified POS systems (such as fiscalization or tax-audit compliance). Revenue is therefore not stored – only the quantities sold, for your statistics.
Does Nuvio work offline?
Yes. Nuvio works fully offline, with no internet connection required. Once you are back online, you can sync your data and make it available across devices. Synchronization requires an account and a Pro subscription.
How much does Nuvio cost?
Nuvio offers a free 14-day trial with full access and no payment details required. After that, the Essential plan costs €2.99 per month and the Pro plan costs €9.99 per month, adding features such as cloud sync, a digital product catalog, AI features, and multi-user support.

Do I need an account to use Nuvio?
No, you can use Nuvio without an account – your data is then stored only locally on the device. An account is recommended to back up your data and sync it across multiple devices.
How does the AI product import work?
With AI import you simply select an image, for example a photo of your menu or price list, and Nuvio automatically creates matching categories and products from it. This saves you manual setup. AI import is a Pro feature.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time to the end of the current billing period – on iOS via Settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nuvio), on Android via the Google Play Store. After cancellation, premium features remain available until the end of the paid period.
